About RouteWrk
We build the software that runs your work
Small teams deserve the same operational leverage as enterprises. RouteWrk is our answer to that gap: a workflow engine that routes, decides, and resolves without anyone babysitting it.
Our mission
Every team of 5 should run like a team of 50.
Enterprise software has always been built for the enterprise: expensive, complex, and designed to be administered by a team of IT people. Small teams get the leftovers: watered-down plans, feature-gated caps, and tools that treat them like an afterthought.
RouteWrk flips that. We build every feature as if a five-person team is the primary customer, because they are. The same workflow engine that routes a hundred tickets a day for a solo operator can scale to thousands for a growing team, without a new contract or a call with a sales rep.
It's one platform where ticketing, workflow automation, and project management usually live in three separate tools. The core engine never hardcodes an industry; it's a general-purpose router and rules engine. Industry specifics live in templates: work orders, accounts payable, leads, real estate acquisitions, HR onboarding, support, and more.

The story
We built the system we thought already existed
Before RouteWrk, our founder assumed big companies ran on some advanced system: one place that kept every process organized and moving. Then came the first corporate job.
The system turned out to be people. Work was tracked in spreadsheets someone had to keep up to date. When something went wrong, whoever ran into it figured it out. Training was a Word document written by one employee and handed down to the next, a little more out of date each time.
RouteWrk is the system we expected to find. Work arrives as a ticket, runs through steps you draw once, and waits for a person only when it needs one. It is early, and the teams using it decide what gets built next.
How we work
The principles we build by
Small teams are first-class
We never design for the enterprise and work backwards. Every decision starts with: would a five-person team find this useful on day one?
Simple is earned, not given
Simple software is harder to build than complex software. We do the hard work of removing friction so our users don't have to.
Trustworthy by default
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, train on it, or use it as leverage.
Honest communication
When something breaks, we say so. When pricing changes, we give real notice. No dark patterns, no gotchas, no fine print that contradicts the headline.
Automation with a human layer
Automation should amplify people, not replace judgment. RouteWrk hands off to a human at exactly the right moment, no more and no less.
The team
Founder-led, independent, and staying that way
We're a small team on purpose. When you write in, you reach the people who build the product, not a support queue. You're not ticket #90,000.
Direct access
Talk to the people building RouteWrk, not a tiered support desk.
Fast iteration
A small team means feedback turns into shipped changes in days, not quarters.
No industry lock-in
The engine is industry-agnostic; templates adapt it to your workflow, not the other way around.
