Getting started with RouteWrk

Everything you need to go from sign-up to your first working ticket. Can't find what you need? Contact us. That's our one support channel today.

1

Sign up at /signup to start your own organization, or accept the invite an org owner or admin sends you to join theirs.

2

Set up a workspace

One workspace maps to one process: Work Orders, Accounts Payable, Support, and so on. You can create as many as you need; the free tier caps at 3 workspaces per org.

3

Pick a template (optional)

The Template Gallery ships a ready-made workflow, fields, and classification rules per industry. Starting from a template and customizing is faster than starting blank.

4

Connect email

Go to Settings → Email and connect Gmail. You'll need to approve every permission requested in the OAuth consent screen; a partial grant is rejected.

Until email is connected, any email step in a workflow parks politely and waits. It won't fail the ticket.

5

Build a workflow

On the workflow canvas, drag nodes from the palette and connect their handles to route work. Every workflow needs at least one trigger: Manual, Email, or Automation.

6

Work tickets

Work from the Kanban board or the Tickets list. Approvals, checklists, and await-reply steps show up as action buttons directly on the ticket, so there is no separate queue to check.
